1) open work

At the same time, the large open work throttling is large and the erosion decreases, which is more than 1 ~ 5 times more than the opening of the valve in the middle and the small opening. If a chemical plant adopts this method, the service life of the valve has increased by two times.
2) reduce S to increase job opening
Reduce S, namely, increasing system in addition to the regulating valve, make the distribution on the valve pressure drop is reduced, in order to ensure the flow through the valve, inevitably increase the valve opening, at the same time, the valve pressure drop is reduced, gets the corrosion, erosion is also reduced. The specific methods are: after the valve, the throttle of the orifice plate and the pressure drop; Close the manual valve in series on the line to the regulator to obtain the desired degree of work. This method is very simple, convenient and effective when the valve is selected for a small opening.
3) reduce the aperture and increase the working degree
By reducing the diameter of the valve to increase the working degree, the method is to change a small calibre valve, such as DN32 to DN25. The body does not change, and the valve seat is replaced with a small seat diameter. If a chemical plant is overhauled, it will be replaced with the dg8, and the life span will be doubled.
4) move the damage location
Transfer the badly damaged area to the secondary position, with the sealing and throttling surface of the valve core seat.
5) growth throttling channels
The simplest of the growth throttling channels is the thickening seat, which increases the seat hole and forms a longer throttling channel. On the one hand, it can cause the sudden expansion of the flow of the current, and then to remove the damage position, so as to avoid the effect of the sealing surface. On the other hand, it increases the throttle resistance, reducing the recovery of the pressure and reducing the cavitation. Some of the seats are designed in a terraced, wavy way, which is designed to increase resistance and weaken steam. This method is also very effective in introducing the high-pressure valve in the introduction device and improving the old valve.
6) change direction
The flow is driven in the open direction, the cavitation and erosion are mainly applied to the sealing surface, which will cause the root of the valve core and the bonnet seat sealing to be damaged quickly. The flow closes in the closed direction, the cavitation and erosion of the valve are protected by the sealing of the cover and the root of the valve core, extending the life span after the throttle. When the problem of extending life is more prominent, the valve that is used as a flow open is only one to two times longer than the current one.
7) switch to special materials
Shapes such as honeycomb little damage for the cavitation resistance (point) and flush (streamlined sulcus), can convert cavitation and erosion resistance of special material to make the throttle. This special material has 6yc-1, A4 steel, Steele, hard alloy and so on. To resist corrosion, it can be used to resist corrosion, and have certain mechanical properties and physical properties. The material is divided into non-metallic materials such as rubber, teflon, ceramics, etc., and metal materials such as monel and HHS alloys.
